Super Green Smoothie

With vitamins from mangoes, fiber from spinach, protein from spirulina, and healthy fats from Laurin
100% CocoMCT oil, this Super Green Smoothie makes a nutritious and delicious breakfast or snack.


  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup frozen diced mango
  • 2 cups spinach (or kale)
  • 1 tablespoon Laurin 100% CocoMCT oil
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • Lots of ice
  • Handful of goji berries for topping (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve with goji berries and/or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
